ROUGHHOUSE PROJECT is a newly established production company based in Budapest, Hungary, founded by seasoned producer Viki Réka Kiss and internationally acclaimed director-producer Bálint Révész. With over a decade of experience, knowledge, and a strong professional network in the European and international audiovisual industry, the founders have recently launched this venture as a platform to support their future creative projects and to further contribute to the field. Their work is generally characterized by strong social sensitivity, a distinctive visual language, and a high priority on ethical approaches and social sustainability. Our current collaborators include ARTE/ZDF, The Guardian, The Pulitzer Center, Proton Cinema, Good Kids, Cine-Collegium Budapest and Budapest International Film Festival among others.
